Matthew 6:5, โโAnd when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites. For they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and at the street corners, that they may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward.โ
What essential elements of a prayer life are communicated in this passage? How have you seen those lived well?

Matthew 6:6, โBut when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father,ย who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.โ
The passages states, โyour Father knows what you need before you ask him.โ Why then do we still come to him in prayer?
