Our experiences of pain and suffering might be unbearable if it were not for our hopeful future. What we experience in this world is fleeting, but the glory that is to come in Christ is eternal. Amid the suffering, we cast our anxieties upon the one who already suffered for us, and we do not try to lessen the fire experience but look for ways to flourish in it. Jesus is the one who strengthens us in the end.
