Promises
The topic of grief and death is one that typically dampens the mood of a party. These two subjects are often ignored until they are a present reality, and even then, many choose to live in denial. These two realities met the disciples of Jesus as they watched Jesus be beaten and put on a cross. However, the one thing that sets Christianity apart from every other religion took place. Jesus Christ rose from the grave for the salvation of his people, and in this act, we are given a life and joy that will never end.
